Iowa Individual CDAC Training

This training session is an overview of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements and the CareBridge EVV Mobile Application and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) process. It introduces how to use the CareBridge Mobile Application and IVR to check-in and check-out of appointments, document services, and manage billing. All CDAC caregivers are required to attend this training.
